Got questions
What do I get with premium?
Your SenAI tutor on Discord. Submit work from the platforms you use and your tutor helps with it, with live progress and the answers and working at the end. You also get the past paper questions in Revision
Is it a subscription?
No, it's one payment of £10 and premium stays on your account for as long as SenAI runs
Do I need Discord?
Yes. Your tutor works through the SenAI bot on Discord, so you link your Discord account before you buy
What do I do after I buy?
Press Premium Verification in our Discord. Most people are verified straight away, otherwise staff check you're a student in a quick ticket. Then your tutor is ready
How much can I use it?
As much as you like. The daily limit is on different accounts, not uses: 2 per platform. You also get 2 schedules. Extra accounts, extra schedules and SenAI Plus (skip the queue) are add-ons on Discord, from £1
Can I get a refund?
Yes, if you've used your tutor fewer than two times. Open a ticket in our Discord or email [email protected]. This doesn't affect your rights under UK consumer law
Can I buy it for someone else?
Yes. Use the gift button and we email you a key to pass on, which they redeem on their own account
